How to get employees?

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for an advice, course or anything similar related to recruiting and staffing.
I'm starting staffing agency with three other people where we would basically hire people from our homeland to work in Germany. As I live in the Balkans, average hourly wage is usually less than $4, so Germany is attractive to everyone here. I will be in charge of marketing, website, promotions etc and I am trying to think of some of the ways to promote what we should be doing in few months.
I'll be targeting basically everyone under 50 willing to work. These jobs are usually something like warehouse works, construction works etc. Employers do not require knowledge of German or degrees, everyone can find something for themselves basically.

I'm not going to bore you by going in details, I just want to know if anyone has any experience with something similar. I've already built a website and here are the things that I came up with till now on how to get those workers:

• FB ads targeting local people
• Social media pages with following from this part of Europe
• Flyers to be handed out
• Radio commercials?
• Job listing pages

Any help & advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I had to work abroad. And what I saw. That there are many people posting similar advertisements in facebook group pages. Like for exmaple: NORWAY'S ESTONIANS. SO I think in your country's people should have similar groups. So you could post there.
