what's worse with adfly is that it's 5 $ for 1000 tier 1 countries.

CPA and clickbank are good, in the case you go with clickbank, make sure you get the email of the buyer.

Because if it's a hot lead, only the seller will profit from him while if you get his email you can profit from him for a long time.

Like several other people have suggested, adfly isn't really the option to choose. Pay per click link platforms pay cents per users so until and unless your traffic is really really bad, you shouldn't choose them at all.

There are several other options to monetize your accounts like CPA or Clickbank or Selling shoutouts(if you have too many followers) as other users have mentioned above. If you're not sure what those terms mean, look around the forum, read a few threads and you will get to learn a lot and that's the way to go.
