Is there any VCC Services for bing account attachment

Hi There

I tried several ways to verify my bing / yelp ads account but every time its declined due to "Prepaid Debit/Credit Cards" issue. Even when I tried to do it through paypal, then paypal also asked for same thing.

I've found several VCC services but all of them provide Prepaid Debit/Credit Cards only which will be useless again.

Is there any proper solutions for that?
