It's easy to get real ones from linkedin, facebook, etc.. What makes them useless is the fact that you can't inbox nowadays, unless they are opt-in/double opt-in.

answer is simple. find a cpa offer relevant to them & hit their inbox.
but there's never the answer you want: directions on how to inbox.
it's not a simple answer for bulk spam mailing.
those that know, do not spill the beans it seems.
