Warning: Be aware of Universalbot.com I lost $50 already Big Time Scammers

I am usually very careful about where I use my credit card but I don't know what happened that day. On 1st July 2009 I purchased a monthly subscription at Universalbot.com for $9.99 (for first month then $39.9 from second month)

Since none of their softwares was working, I contacted them 3 times via their so called "Support Ticket" system to cancel my monthly subscriptions during the month of July, but no one answered. Then I contacted their payment processors SWREG (http://www.swreg.org) to cancel my subscription but their support system is even worse, which did not even allowed me to submit the form.

To make the story short now on 1st August 2009 I am charged $39.9 again. I created this thread to warn all my BHW friends to be aware of both UniversalBot and SWREG and don't buy anything from them.

PS: I contacted my CC provider (payoneer) but they say that they can only cancel my card and send a new one but they can not block this merchant from charging my card. How to stop these scammers from charging again on 1st of September? Any help will be highly appreciated.

What you should have done, and what I do, is tell your credit card company you have no idea what the charge is from or who the company is. They then charge it back. I've dealt with many asshole companies this way and always will.

I do not charge back on good products ever. But the bad ones I do.

Yeah, the only email you receive from them is when you have purchased something.

Sorry to hear about that and thanks for informing us.. as far as the CC issuing company/bank not stopping the payment or doin a chargeback is coz I believe he used his Payoneer debit card mebbe?

from what i gather if paid for by credit card you should be able to get your cc company deal with anything like this

if using debit card no luck though

i would defo read your cc companys terms of service very closely as well

No you are protected with a debit card too, just speak with your bank and be polite about it they have the same powers as your cc issuer.

So bad i found this thread too later! I ordered them in November - absolutely don't worked bots .Never replay to tickets/emails. I made a request to refund- no succes but they charge me again everymonth.. In January i got email with congrats- i made new order!! Absolutely scam/credit card fraud company .Looking for ways to stop their activity.
