Be careful when you say "0.98" domain name. That isn't true. Some of them are domains like .xyz, .club etc.
Prices for .com, .net and .org are more higher than that, so make sure you don't say "$0.98 for domain" this will make people lose time for nothing.
The most cheap at this moment for .com, .net and .org is namesilo, 1&1 and finally godaddy with coupons for 0.99 + VAT .com /year
