2. Since you're getting a brand new page on the domain, it will be low at first
3. I control it in the sense that I pay for the service meaning chances of termination are low. I do offer link longevity. I built links to my own personal site a month and a half ago and they're all still live without any problems whatsoever. Only way I see them going down is if I take them down myself.
4. The page is an article dedicated to your niche, there won't be any other links except yours and the site's internal links.
