Hi guys,
I just bought one private proxy,
but why scrapebox shows error:

2018/2/8 8:49:03: HTTP: 0 , SOCKET: Connection reset by peer, URL: http://www.google.com/search?complete=0&filter=0&output=ie&hl=en&num=10&q=test&start=0

User and password were right.

test the proxie in a browser addon and make sure your ip is added to the providers batabase correctly, ask there support ....

why only 1 proxie you need loads with scrape box minuinum 25 to 100

with scrapping you can use good public proxies and with posting info you need private proxies ....

Thank you mate!
Why I need so many private proxies for posting?
The proxy server can change multiple different ips for me in data center even if I use only 1 proxy of them, isn't it?

error 0 typically means the connection never left your machine or network. connection reset by peer means it was killed, more or less. So the connection is probably not even making it to the proxy.

So whitelist in all anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls, whitelist scrapebox I mean and disable real time scanning. Also you can whitelist in your router.

note that you must whitelist, disabling secuirty software only stops new rules from forming, but in many cases allows existing rules to still fire.

THank you mate. But why some proxies harvested by scrapebox are usable?

That's how rotating or backconnect proxy services work. In that case you pay for ports, not the proxies themselves. You select a desired amount of ports and you get to use that many proxies simultaneously, the proxies change in specified time frames or on user action.

It could be multiple things, but easily it could be that some proxies have been put on a list for being used for undesireable activities and then the security software is blocking them.
