Email Blast with 3th party opt-in database - is it safe?

Hey guys,

Just wondering about what the title say's - is the domain safe if we will apply towards it 3th party double opt-in and single opt-in database traffic?

The last thing needed is to have the blacklisted core domain after the blast!

p.s - sub-domain route is not an option at all....

You are technically required to re-opt-in a single opt-in list, but if you mail out with an unsubscribe link, and if someone unsubscribes and you don't mail them again you're safe.

Terapara - your mentioned email providers are allowing you to send 50 emails per day DDD - That is no way to be considered email blast P

PA - So, there is no need to put those weird redirection things and cloak the links and rotate the content of the email etc. things with this setup?

all that is legally required is an unsubscribe link as long as they are single opt-ins and have opted in one one site or another to receive content in the vertical you're going to be sending. just be sure not to hit an unsubscribed email a second time, thats unsolicited commercial emailing
