It does accept Credit Cards using Stripe.
Try contacting support if it still doesn't work, they will send you an invoice and you can pay it accordingly.

You won't be able to get Jr. VIP anyway as you do not have 100 posts.

Yeah OP, you should see an option to pay with a credit card on PayPal's payment page. It'll be a text link at the bottom of the page that lets you pay with your credit card without signing up to PayPal.
