Can anyone recommend me a bot that will let me send bulk text messages?

Preferably by just importing them from links.

playSMS is a Free and Open Source SMS Gateway, which I used, because I did not want to use only one provider.
Do you mean something like playSMS or an app for your smartphone?

If you mean SMS chatbots, you can use Text Engine. It's really helpful since it works like a search engine. You can also build one on Amazon Lex.

I don't need a chat bot, I just need a method to import phone numbers, and send them marketing texts.

Oh I see. You can try SamApp. It let's you send SMS to your customers. You just input them using excel file.

There are many sites that provide bulk sms .....you can also check market place you can get some new offers and technique.
