They are some online tools which are supposed to give you the IP behind cloud flare but i wouldn't trust them too much for all scenarios.
If the website isn't using the Cloudflare nameservers but just a DNS entry at its host level you may use intodns.com to find the websites name servers which may reveal the server's IP and the hosting company name.

You can ping the website name on your system's command prompt. You will get the IP address of the server where your website is pointing. You can also check it on the online using the intodns.com, https://centralops.net/, https://mxtoolbox.com/DNSLookup.aspx.

dnsdumpster.com and crimeflare should show the IP behind the website, take a look. But there is possible to hide the IP and make it impossible to discover.
These tools only work, when MX, Mail and DNS records are exposed.
