I work at fiverr for about 2 years
In the first year was everything great, I was getting on average 5 requests per day, that was around 1k per month.

But after some updates that they gave on the site, my requests were steadily dropping more and more

today I get about 4 requests per month, my gigs are not bad

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? or is it just me that the requests almost stopped?

sorry my english, is not my main language

I have also noticed this. I am not sure if their algorithm changed but it seems like they have a new way of filtering search results than before.

I worked on Fiverr before and just like you, in the first month I was getting lots of orders, and in the second my orders dropped off.

I haven't been there since.

Yes the same thing happened to me in the last few months. I think they changed their algorithms to give new fiverr sellers a better chance and to compound that effect there's more and more people giving each other fake fiverr reviews so all the traffic is going away from old sellers.

The solution is to make more accounts on konker, seoclerks and lots of other places as a hedge and also to market your fiverr gig using social media such as the new facebook groups that promote gigs.

Another strange thing I noticed is that I am suddenly limited to only having five live gigs. It may be related to one of my gigs being denied recently for violating the TOS of other web sites.

Yesss.. i believe it is about the competition nowadays, it has been increasing right

I've noticed them change the process of appearing in search, this was an issue I followed over the last 2 years.

What came in were various setting filters to allow for more gigs on each keyword / category listing, many new rules to optimize the algorithm long term and an increase in rank + gig popularity values. There are now thousands of services listed per popular term compared to 100's before.

All you need to do is focus on time or increase reputation / feedback allowing for compliance with Fiverr's policy adjustments.

Seller status also became extremely important to hold as they now include process improvement requirements to outperform the old activity behavior.

fiverr is not working for me anymore .i was not receiving any requests and few days ago they just deleted the gig whcih was running without any problem for past 5 months. My new gigs dont receive any traffic or views

Unless you are level 2 and above, it is extremely difficult to pull in consistent earnings from fiverr.

And when you are below level 2, you'll usually attract the low quality type of clients (pays $5, expects $100 work etc).

Fiverr has a funny algo, it's almost like seasons, it's periodic. New gigs always have the momentum. If you stop getting orders on your old gigs, try making new ones.
Also, you sell on Fiverr since 2 years now, maybe there's no more demand for those gigs or more popular providers appeared (who offer more for the same price). Hard to tell the cause without knowing your full story, which you won't tell of course, because it would reveal the niche. :)

I'm giving up on fiverr

I’m getting a bit bored of fiverr now as well. They just dropped me to level 1 citing that I didn’t deliver 75% of orders last month. I don’t think I’ve ever not delivered an order.

Have you tried to "on page SEO" your gigs? Titles, description etc.
i dont know how make seo on my gigs, due my bad english i just copied someone description

There's also sabotage on fiverr. Groups of accounts I've noticed suddenly flood your inbox with questions and if you happen to not answer them back in 24 hours that can destroy your chances of becoming level 2 in 60 days. Also, fake accounts and shill accounts place an order, say it was a mistake and then do a mutual cancellation. Then next review if you didn't get 9 other orders completed i.e. you're a low volume seller then your level drops.

Seems like a lot of sneaky people are working behind the scenes to promote themselves and damage others.

it seems that fiverr support doesnt give a shit either.

I'm really new on fiverr (I've been signed a couple of months ago) and I've pubblished till now 6 gigs.
The gigs stats are not so bad (may be better, of course) but up to now zero orders!
It think that a part is due to the fact I've no reviews ( negative aspect) and, maybe, the algo which show my gigs to "buyers" ( positive aspect ).
So it could be possible, as someone of you have pointed, that Fiverr's algo is set to prioritize/upshow new sellers....but old ones, due to obvious matter, sell...

Look around bhw and fb. Everyone is trading fake reviews, especially new sellers. That's how the game is being played and fiverr makes as much money on fake reviews as on real ones so they don't care.
