for the record I still haven't received it...you claimed you sent it and will be re-sending but I still haven't received anything.

I filed a dispute in paypal and the status is still "Awaiting other party's response"

I mentioned that I placed my order on January 20, 2018 and never received my order. I gave you over 10 days before I even mentioned anything.

When I opened the dispute in February I still gave a few days for a response and nothing...so I asked for a full refund since the keywords is not even needed at this point.

Delivery is 3-5 days....I gave you over 10 days before saying anything. so please respond to the paypal dispute and send the refund.
