Should I start movie streaming website?

I wanted to know the risks involved in starting the movie/video streaming website that plays videos from various sources(Not uploaded on my site, just play from other sources to website inbuilt video player).

I would like to know what are all legal issues involved?
Also, any strategy or possibility to start this?

Yes, you might start dealing with copyright accusations and DMCA takedowns. Wouldn't be wise to register such site on your own name, also not a good idea to host such site in US.

What if i host it in India..and use proxy and all? Will that be fine?

But i already have hosting on my own name.

No Issue if your hosting and domain are registered outside the USA. Whenever DMCA notice comes just remove that post no issues for FBI or other Agencies.
