Just get a nice .com, .org, .net domain or if it's just for fast burn and churn get a cheap domain like .info.
If you really really want it cheap make a WIX landing page but those convert really bad.

Umm, this method works although it will change your method of promotion (if this isn't your method). You can create a landing page that leads to your salespage while putting your affiliate link anywhere on your landing page.

Hey samizle, I think bit.ly domain is banned from facebook. I use tinyurl instead.

All the top gurus say the same thing, thru split testing simple presale landing pages increase conversions.
I used a 301 redirect on a cheap domain which lead to my blogger.

Yeah, Facebook is implementing new methods and they are thinking that everything is spam.

If I had to guess I'd say Facebook follow URL shorteners. I know twitter does. They probably don't follow meta tag and js redirects?
I just use shortners http://www.qckclk.club/ e.g.
