Keep the money in your pocket, read lots of the information on here then once you decide which avenue you want to go down, then look to invest / buy.

1) - Buy a $0.99 domain, and hosting
2) - Register to cpalead, ogads or something
3) - Find some not so competitive niches (token generators for games etc) and write own content.
4) Make few web2.0 (weebly, blogspot etc) to that site

You just gotta search, Or you don't have to show those generators, just write a big ass article. and point them to a link with survey/cpa as call to action button. Comon man i cant type everything here. Just search it up, how others are doing and copy.
