About to jump into a financial niche. Was wondering if a landing page is necessary. Planing to have a blog to publish fresh contents and multiple pages with cpc offers.

Suggestion please.

Well you can just run landing pages in conjunction with what you are doing, for example, to capture emails from a facebook campaign.
You would then do it in combination with the SEO of the website.

It really depends on the offer. High ticket items and long form offers usually need a pre-sell, but the only way to know is to test. Send 50% of your traffic direct, and the other to a LP.

You can use themes from themeforest.

You need themes that are easy to understand and follow the standard to make your conversion rate high

If you are doing cpc, you woud need to have better control on visitors which is why a properly designed landing page to perhaps get visitor contact details would be a good way to convert them later..

Sometimes a landing page works better, sometimes not. The only way to know is by testing.

I'd prefer a landing page for every offer of mine so that users don't get distracted into other things.

Landing pages are ideal because it is a quick way to learn if your message is getting through to traffic or not. This is beneficial because you can change your LP quickly to meet the expectations of your audience.
