How to buy BTC with Paytm?

Yeah I'm aware of localbitcoin and paxful...but they charge way too much and in localbitcoin the sellers don't have the limit to convert what I have.

Can you guys suggest some method or a way to buy btc with Paytm?

As I mentioned...I did check localBTC. The prices are way too high and none of the seller meets my amount. :/
