If I make videos in different languages...

Hello, I am from Mexico, and from what I have read/seen CPM is different from country to country and even is different depending on months (e.g. January sucks)..

My question is this, I am planning to revive my channel (which is all content in spanish) but also making an english dubbed version of it...

My question is, would my english channel get paid the english-speaking country CPM?

What I'm trying to ask is, does google/adsense pay me based on the country I upload from, or where the views come from?

Because obviously my aim is to gain a audience in spanish speaking countries with my spanish channel and an english speaking audience in my english channel...

So obviously let's say if I get 100k views in my spanish channel and 100k in my english channel the CPM for english speaking channels is way higher than spanish channels, or so i heard.. So would i be getting CPM based on the people's countries or am I stuck with Mexican CPM??

Where the clicks come from. Where you are located is irrelevant.
