What kind of order would you recommend for specific city/town landing pages?

This is what I am looking for. I have a dozen or so landing pages about different towns I serve. Each landing page currently has the same content, which I'm looking to update.

I'm looking for about 350-400 words to talk about our service and why the residents of that town should use our service. I would also like to briefly talk about the town as well, maybe the location, residents, what to do, etc. I want it to be very unique.

I have about 90 cities/towns I serve, I'll like to start with two and see how it goes, just need to know what type of article would be best to order.
