hey guys please , what short urls are allowed on facebook ? or how can i post a short url on facebook without getting blocked ?

It's not the short url that is blocked it's because FB look at where you are linking too. CPA offers etc always get blocked by FB. You need to look at cloaking and redirection to show FB something else whilst sending the person who clicks your link to the correct place.

Facebook doesn't only look at the link you post, but also at all the URLs it redirects too. Besides, as far as I know, link shorteners look really suspicious for FB by default.
Buy a clean domain name, then either park it to the offer's landing page, or copy all of it's contents to your own hosting and set up API integration for passing the info on the leads.
Should work just fine.

As long as the link that it refers to is trustworthy, it shouldn't be bad to just use goo.gl or bit.ly
They're obviously not going to block that
