i've been youtube publisher for a while. i had my own channel with over 400+ gameplay recorded videos and yet only got 5-10 views a day in a best case scenario.

i decided to give it a shot again. i am creating my own content again this time newest gameplays with commentary. Android games + pc. I record around 40 games per day. result? same 0.


i have feeling that youtube is little bitch, who shadow banned all my accounts and won't even give new players a chance.

pls shoot me with ideas, what to do? i changed my mind over buying views or subs or even likes. because i guess in most case that leads to shadow ban which includes real whitehat channels as well.


is google adwords my last stop?

So you think you're getting 0 views on your videos and you accuse youtube for that ?
You'll get nowhere with that mindset. Improve your videos/tags/thumbnails, bring traffic, read that forum... Tons of way to get your channel started. But 100% sure the problem is NOT on youtube's side

i am pretty sure problem is youtube itself.

that's what i've been doing. perfecting my Seo score, adding catchy titles, tags,images and everything beyond that. but nothing but a dead cold silence.

i am also sure u have no idea how this things work and u are just willing to get posts so please just leave. how many videos have u uploaded? how many tools can u use? what's u'r knowledge?

this is a bhw if i wasn't stuck i wouldn't open this thread, there are guys here who can do great things. i just want to hear their opinions and ideas and not some random comment that it's my fault. surely it's my fault at some point but utube is playing dirty game and everyone knows it. i just want to know how to dodge it

Edit: I actually know how u can get views. Be sure to start playing new single player games the same second its available and record tough boss fights, secrets etc and upload to youtube. Youll get views for sure.

Check youtube using a different logged in user, or nobody logged in, and see if you can find your videos on the search results. If you can't then you likely were ghost banned.

Not gonna lie, that's a great idea - especially if you use a photoshopped "screenshot" - Didn't that guy who photoshopped boss baby into another game get like 5m views?

It may be global account-wise ghost or it may be simply some issue with your titles being too similar or something like that.

If you make a video which has too many other videos with the same or too similar title, the system will consider it of low value.

Consider sharing one of these videos on some social platform, if you receive good traffic, check whether the video started to rank. If it does rank after some social signals, then your account is fine. Otherwise you may need a new account.

i saw a guy he was doing videos about a new game "Shadow of War", he was around 100 subscriber and now he hit 24k Subscriber, so i suggest you once you see new game came out try to do some videos about how to kill boss in this game or Best weapons in this game or secret weapons places in this game....etc thats how this guy he hit 24k sbscriber in 3 weeks and im sure it will help you too yo acheive your goal you just need to be diferent

That's actually really common. Even most of my videos with over a million views only get 2,000 views per month now each.

Things to do and improve on:

*Improve your thumbnails, take some tutorials photoshop from youtube for logo/thumbnail creating
*Key here: target Low competition keywords, don't write PUB'G Pro Compilation Headshots there is a lot of videos on there already with XXXk views
*After finding the keywords and the title make a description at least 5 lines long with your keyword at least 4 times inside this will help a lot i believe.
* Quality intro ( you can download some free from sites or youtube
* Improve your editing and fps when you gameplay make the game run smoothly except if is already or there is not so much things to do :/
* Some sites giving 1000 free views if you find a nice low competition keyword and you want to rank more easy then do your research

Gameplay videos are so passe and the market is flooded. It's really that simple. You might not find your own videos because the content filter blocks them for not being family friendly, for example if you use swear words. It doesn't always have to be "ghosting" or "shadow bans".

My very first video ever got 15k views and the #1 spot on Google (not first video result, first result period). The second video got 35k views and #1 spot too. Only required a couple thousand bought views mixed with a handful of comments and upvotes. I haven't done a thing for 9 months and they still attract views and subscribers, but I found it too much work to make a quality video with authorized pictures, videos, and music and acceptable quality voice over. The pay is too low unless you just vlog. Actual writing content and finding material takes time.

If there is interest and your video is good quality, you will get views with a little effort. I think gameplay is gay unless there is something unique.
