I am planning to buy a hot babes account which has 600k followers. Is it possible to change the account to mens fashion niche(coz 90% of the audience is men) and make money with it. If yes, then how much income is possible with this account

I could say a random number but that's not how things work. How much you can make from a 600k followers account depends on how many of those are interacting with your content, how many of those are actually interested in your account.

It also depends on the kind of monetization techniques you going to use, they could either be CPA offers or shoutouts.
If CPA, would the followers be willing to sign up for the offer you're promoting? If yes, how many of them? The income would depend on that. And if you're selling shoutouts, how many companies would be interested in buying one of those from your account?

Best way to find out is buy the account, take over, make the changes and know yourself. But make sure to do your due diligence on the account and make the purchase only if you're willing to take the risk and are confident about growing and banking from it.
