If I am not from us and I am using payoneer to verify merch should I check up not us member in tax detail and proceed or is there any other ways
I would assume you would be classified as making money in the US anyway. Kind of like a boxer or MMA fighter that travels to the US, fights in the US and returns home. They make the money in the US, so they're taxed in the US. Would assume you'd fit into the same category. So, I'd go for it.If I am not from us and I am using payoneer to verify merch should I check up not us member in tax detail and proceed or is there any other ways
Its better to contact an accountant in your country that has dealt with international business , each country has a different tax structure. As asif says to have declare that you are not from the united states.

Not a professional. Just assumed. Foreigners are so lucky. It's not. Amazon will write this money off as marketing costs or something since they're paying a third party. If what you said was true then with all US CPA networks the users would have to pay taxes in the US, on top of having to pay them in their own country which is not the case. If you're not a US citizen you don't owe the US shit.
OP just fill out that you're not a US citizen and don't sweat it.
Actually, you're most likely going to get a 1099 or something similar.

If you get a 1099, the IRS might try to come for your money. However, since you're in another country, it might not be worth it for them. As a nonresident alien, you have to pay taxes on money made in the United States. You're taxed only on income sourced from the United States and that would be Amazon sales I would assume.
Thanks for the clarification. Did you generate enough revenue/sales to get a 1099? I know with PayPal, it is like $20k or 200 transactions or something another. No, the taxable event is where the payee lives is not where the company that pays him is located so is considered a non us activity. But he has pay taxes to the local authorities more info here http://zemalf.com/1241/us-taxes/ .I never received a 1099 because I'm not a US citizen and I never lived in the United States in my case
