I mean, after filling the details it re-directs me to PayPal website and that is where it hangs
 
after filling the order form, this is what happens after submitting the details.

ATTENTION INDIAN MEMBERS !

After having a chat on PM regarding payment, seller does not accept Bank Transfer / PayTM.

As you all know PayPal denies sending/receiving funds locally. (As we both are located in the same country)

His reason is, due to tax related problems we do not accept payments from Indians.

I requested if I could Transfer the funds in his Bank Account.

And I was like WHAT ?!

So @james my question to you is, if you do not accept payments from Indians, how do
manage to skip taxation while receiving payments from overseas ?

I have just sent you a PM with more details.

And answering your question posted here, we have setup our tax codes etc for service revenue from foreign export which makes it difficult to accept business payments from Indian clients. That said, how we manage our taxes shouldn't be your concern at all.

I'm glad you sorted out the issue.

A quick note to all : I have successfully sent him the payment and the order is underway.
