Wow such a great and helping response from you guys. So long story short: I found a way to withdraw funds.
Now the long story: I noticef two options (Paypal, Transfer to bank which id payoneer) over last year I did connect my payoneer acc but I never got an option to withdraw through it even though I was always above threshold level)
So I just used to spin the money inside fiverr itself as my paypal was limited. (I don't want to make a fake paypal and all that extra no sleep thoughts) BUT I did something with paypal that I can BUY from PayPal but just can't receive money. So that's how I buy online stuff mostly. Now back to the problem ,it isn't solved so after I kept spinning the amount in fiverr itself.
Around Last 3-4 months my acc upgraded to level 1 and I got constant orders until a person from UK asked for a refund even after the gig was delivered (you know scammers) . Just to be clear the gig was a promotional gig so it was all legit stuff. So I pushed it to fiverr support and to my suprise they favoured him. And he reported my Gig too. But that night itself I got 4 gig orders from UK because of the ranking and recent delivery you know... The next day I have an email from fiverr that my gig was removed (that's what I discussed with krishna, OP. Because his gig was removed without any reason too and he opened a thread here about it last week)
I was still allowed to complete my orders though. After that I tried to withdraw because too much funds. Then it did not show me any option other than paypal. I used lot of funds because there was no point. So I rejected all orders since then ,because the funds won't ever reach me.
BUT when I saw this thread and last replied here. After doing a lot of research on fiverr forum. I found that there a bug ,with lot of users that the acc doesn't indicate the 'other options' for withdrawal. In that case we need to contact support and they will fix that acc in a week. That's the exact reason I didn't have the option to withdraw to bank before.
There is also another bug which says 'You don't have enough gains' which means when you withdraw the funds , they get sent to you directly by email confirmation ( bank trasnfer) but the amount does not get deducted from fiverr acc and you won't even get an email. So it will take upto 24hrs to reflect on fiverr. Meanwhile you can check your payoneer acc... You will be able to see the funds.
I withdraw-ed (that's not even a word) my funds today and now I'm gonna get back to level 1 and 2. Thanks to each and everyone I quoted here... You guys helped me in a way or other. Thanks for caring

It is a very simple case, go to facebook search for fiverr group or freelancing group, send them request and wait for confirmation and after you have bee confirmed make post saying you need a review for your gig and people that definitely have review to sell will comment on your post, then you discuss the personal term with the person then you are good to go.. .. As simple as that and if you want me to add you to some of the group pm.
