I really hope this BitConnect scam doesn't cause the SEC and congress get serious about regulation. I like the market the way it is now. Volatile and wild-west shootouts suit me just fine.

I hope the SEC cracks down hard. Nothing worth hundreds of billions of dollars should be unregulated and anonymous. Naive people are going to kill themselves over this "dip". And wait for the audits after tax season.

Thanks for working to keep these sections cleaned up @BassTrackerBoats, @Zwielicht, and whoever else is chugging away behind the scenes. This is the kind of "regulation" we are needing here at BHW.

Never cared about Bitconnect, though I hope that douchebag Trevon James did NOT cashout before the crash. He was #1 Bitconnect's lover & shiller.

In reality I bet everything was planned from exit strategy to Youtubers who were shilling it all the time. Although it was enough to have half a brain to understand that Bitconnect was a scam project from it's early stages.

I’m sending over .2BTC to HitBTC now just to scoop some up at around $3 (will see how low it goes by the time my transfer completes)

I don’t think it has any value at all, and it will hopefully go down to 0, but maybe there will be a short spike in a day or so. I mean... there’s 17BTC worth of sell orders but only 10BTC of buy, maybe I can drive the price down even more.
