Coins to hold this year.

Hi, no crypto guru here. Just someone who doesn't really know what is doing, so, I'm just playing with some left-over money.

First off, DO NOT USE MONEY YOU AREN'T WILLING TO LOSE.

Second, this are the coins that I will be hodling because they seem the most (legit?) around all these coins.

Third, DYOR on these coins if you want.

Coins:
VeChain (VEN), Request Network (REQ), Icon (ICX), ETH, IOTA, Payfair, Stellar lumens and NEO.

Good luck to all who are gambling/playing on this game and hope you guys make some good profits before this thing explodes.

Definitely ETH. Also NEO,ICX should be solid bets relatively speaking.

I bought Ripple when it was like $0.24 and sold at $2.2. I won't touch it again.
I would get REQ or XLM instead to be honest.

LTC is just copy-paste from random coins, and specifically bitcoin. LTC is not a competitor to bitcoin. Even Vertcoin is faster than LTC. why not buy VTC when it's at the ground level?

The only coin I plan to hold for 12 months is OXY. I’m a big believer in buying coins directly with fiat which is why I loaded with Oxycoin. It is very new and a work in progress, so I will evaluate in 3 months, 6 months, then 10 months to see if they are still worth holding.
