Adobe After Effects is much more suitable for this kind of video. But the learning curve for after effects is much more difficult than that of premier pro

You can use final cut pro. but that's way complicated than after effects. Atleast i feel that way.

Try Corel VideoStudio or CyberLink PowerDirector.
Adobe Premiere Pro is a professional software, so not much user-friendly for a new user.
I have used Cyberlink PowerDirector and it is beginner friendly, has video tutorials, good forums, free templates, a lot of features.
