How to know when to give up?

Keep on
Keep on doing it
Right on oh oh oh
Right on doing it
Baby keep on
Right on
Keep on doing it
Now my baby keep on
Keep on , keep on
Wherever, wherever girl I'll do it
Forever and ever, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
I'll see you through it
I've got to keep you pleased in every way I can
Gonna give you all of me
As much as you can stand
Make love to you right now, that's all I want to do
I know you need it, girl, and you know
I need it, too
'Cause I found what the world is searching for
Here, right here, my dear
I don't have to look no more
And, oh, my babe, I hoped and I prayed for someone
Just like you to make me feel the way you do
Never, never gonna give you up
I'm never, ever gonna stop
Not the way I feel about you
Girl, I just can't live without you
I'm never…

The moment I am bored or I see something shiny it is time to call it a day.

I suggest you give up and see how that works for you. Experience is the best teacher, isn't he? Most of us here don't know what it's like to give up. So be our Faraday.

Never give up, Amigo ;)
And to be serious.. never give up! Usually it takes time to succeed in something. Unless you've been trying for too long and barely see any results.. Then I would recommend you to analyze if you're doing anything wrong, ask people for some advice and only then make a decision.

Hi guys , some people may think that this question its kinda stupid but i really believe that knowing when to give up its really hard, maybe you are strugling so you want to give up but you actually should just put more effort in or maybe your idea isnt worth and you are working for nothing.
do you guys do something special to decide if you give up or not?

Its hard to tell, since you need to be really REALLY objective and critical about your own capacity, your skills and know youself enough to believe in yourself and the decision you are taking...

Im a slow learner for example, but I know that once I get into something ill become one of the best, if not the best there is (Or I like to believe I am) so.. I know that Im going to look bad, slow, retarded at times, but once I get the grasp I DESTROY.

So.. I know myself good enough to say that, thats key for one self

i would suggest take a break, refresh yourself for a period and meditate a bit and start again.Never give up.

I've the same mentality. You can A) run into a bank with dollars in your eyes and a machine gun in your hand, or B) lay on a hill with a sniper rifle waiting for the perfect moment.

I'm the second type of person. From the outside it looks like I'm resting but I'm just preparing myself to destroy. Related to business: I don't rush out anything. I take the time that's necessary to maximize the probability to be successful. With this mentality I can nearly force success.

I wouldn't say that A) isn't working but you have to be 100% honest with yourself to figure out who you are and what you're capable to do.

@johnrx I think you're more on the right track than others here. Great post!

@Grimasaur Instead of giving up you should look at your business from another perspective. Maybe there's a back door to entrance the building. But if you are 100% honest with yourself and did everything, maybe it makes more sense to change your target.

If you feel in your gut that a venture has potential, keep going. But if you can't see it, move on.

Lol like your approach, you can be A) Crazy Impatient B) Strategical waiting for the opportunity

Nice way to explain it.

To add to this, I think you need to build the proper criteria/knowledge to decide when to do one or the other too, since its not "written in stone" how to approach certain scenarios you are going to face but as a general rule "Be analytical" is the way to go, since you are always looking for the right opportunity to come.

Thanks for the words too bro, im working my ass off, hopefully it will pay off

PS: How were you able to quote 2 ppl in your post, I just started being active here at BHW and this was pretty slick lol.

TAKE A BREAK... RELAX...BREATHE...PLAN...START OVER AGAIN !

I've been there before dude. When one chapter closes another one opens.

My previous venture before internet marketing almost caused me to go homeless. I failed huge, epically huge.

Take responsibility and ownership for your success and failures.

Let me take a step back and ask, what's going in your life right now. How long have you been in IM, are you working with clients? Are stuck on any particular part of the

process? This forum can be extremely brutal but also extremely helpful.

So let us know where you are in the world of internet marketing and where you need

help in.
