Have you tried to reach out to the hosting provider? With the very.limited information you provided it's hard to understand what you have? If you have managed hosting and your paying for it then use it.

^ as above, best talking to the host, open a support ticket with them and ask them for help doing what you are trying to do.

It sounds like maybe you just need access url and credentials from them.

Make sure you've bought a hosting package with cpanel enabled.
Then, wait for the confirmation email to get the link to your cpanel along with your login details. (usually takes less than 24 hours for a server to be activated by a hosting company)

Depending on who you are hosting with you should have gotten a welcome email that would give you all the login info for your server.

If you have managed shared web hosting service then your web hosting provider should provide you the all the detailed steps and login credentials on ordering the hosting service.

You will need to open the support ticket for getting all the steps and details. You should get proper guide from them.
