Don't know about ranking higher for having an old account.

People usually want aged accounts because they are less likely to get banned.

i guess the YouTube's content rating auto-crawlers will ban fresh accounts, and may not even visit in old accounts... so for some content publishers this is a big advantage

it's easier to build a profile around an old account than a new one and some activities may not be flagged on old accounts as in new ones

Ranks easier - and can get away with using "hack" + "cheat" in the title/description. Not 100% sure why this is the case, but it's definitely true for some strange reason.
Also, if the account has video(s) uploaded 5-10 years ago, it's even easier.

correct, and it's very logical, when youtube update their SPAM detection tools they aim it to new fresh accounts they want to scan and monitor it's activities, then they will search for blacklisted keywords in the titles, such as "CRACK, HACK, FREE, GENERATOR, PORN...." and so on (that's a very long list...) and delete those instantly.
checking zillions uploads from millions OLD accounts will be a hard task even for youtube.

That is correct you need aged pvas to rank for those types of videos.

No. Does not mean videos rank better. You need good views and optimization. Don't be fooled into thinking otherwise.

That has nothing to do with ranking. Trust and rank are two different things. If you upload a video with an aged account it does not mean it will rank, many get GHOSTED. There is no magic sauce to getting ranked, aged accounts only help by offering some trust overall. Ranking includes many many other factors. I get shocked by the bad advice here sometimes.
