11976 emails how to monotize

Hi guys so I got 11976 emails from people needs for jobs, so what is the best way to monetize this list and the best way to send emails to them cheap way no Aweber and similar tools people are from different countries majority of them are Mexico Colombia india east Europe Arabs Philippines

Obviously you need domain & hosting to host Sendy.

That is the cheapest in my knowledge. Or use free account of multiple providers as most of them provides 1000-2000 emails free.

let me guess, $0 budget.
open up gmail and send them one by one. be mindful of hourly/daily rate limits.
spend a day learning how to write a macro and after that it's 100% hands free. can be done with 0 programming knowledge, just use mouse/keyboard recording tools to interact between notepad & thunderbird. back in the day i used actool but you can use autohotkey or quickmacros or imacros or other tools.
for money, tell leads to do a cpa offer as part of hiring process. or send them to some employment site affiliate program. or read one of the many threads about how to monitize job leads.
last option, sell the list and let it become someone elses problem.
