Hi guys hope every things good...!

I wanted to let u guys know real quick theres a telegram group called "big pump", these guy supposably send a notification to everyone "at the same time" to pump the coin, and then dump it.

I joined the group because a friend of mine saw them on twitter a few days ago, and I told him to hold off and let me test them before he loses his money. lol.

I saw them a couple times all over social media, so odds are new traders here will see them too. BEWARE.

Today i saw their first pump [like 15 min ago], but obviously, the second they "announced the coin", I was on binance and I saw the coin was up 60% already. lol.

Bottom line - beware of these pump&dump groups, you can lose a ton of money as they're pre-pumping the coin and let u buy at all time highs.

Thought this kind of thread will be useful for NEW TRADERS, not necessarily the more veteran users here...

Peace!

Hahah. I am in the group. Just did a nice 1.5x trade

You clearly have terrible internet. I got the notification at exactly 8PM and made the trade no more than 2 seconds later.

You have to be quick. Not just sat around then type the coin.. enter 2FA etc. Have the chat open on mobile as well as the desktop version of Binance. They are more stable and are faster.

This is not some conspiracy by them, it is your specific scenario.

I know this group too and wanted to join todays's pump. But just like you said, at the moment they announced the coin it was already up a lot so I didn't participate.

Don't know why, but I got the message about 30 sec later. And I have a stable 200 MBit connection.

Did you have the Telegram app open?

They sent a chat to the whole group at the same time... there is no way they can send it to some people sooner, besides whoever sent the trade, which is not the case.

Even after 30s you could still have made 50%.

I sold at the recommended 50% profit, but the coin went up 300%.

Sure. But I have really no idea why I got it that late. I'll watch it next time again and maybe try it with 2 phones.

This is highly illegal, stay away from this scum guys
No it is not. Cryptocurrency is unregulated. It is ENTIRELY legal.

It's also completely different to stock pump & dumps where people with XYZ amount go tell gullible people it's a great project and they should buy. Here, everyone is just buying and people watching exchanges decide to buy in. They haven't been told by anyone it's good, they just see the price increase and think "oo I'll buy" No one's fault but theirs.

I joined this group, the first time I saw it happen straight away and got 30-40% return. After it was laggy but I think that was more to do with Binance, there must have been several thousand at least trying to buy at same time.
I've been trying to get people to break down into several smaller groups to avoid the lag but most don't listen so let them lose their money.

You can simply use the desktop app. It's more stable than the website and that's what the group owners recommend.

Tell it to the judge when you get cited by major exchange for price manipulation and they demonstrate all your trades was coordinated with other 40k people...it is not regulated if you send money to your friend, but when you try to fuck a major exchange is a whole different story. Let's see what happens in the near future about this

The pump and dump laws in place do not cover Cryptocurrency.

Taking that logic, let's arrest the Ripple owner. Literally, every Crypto's price is increasing because of a volume increase. The group traded <30BTC. I could have made that trade myself, so does that mean every coin I buy I can be sued? No, of course not.

Not sure if you aware or not, but most off these groups have different ranks/tiers depending on your membership, you'll receive notifications faster the higher membership you have. be it from a few a mins to seconds, these make huge differences!

There does not need to be a specific law in place.

I for one can't wait till these thieves get their comeuppance, because the day will come at some point, and all the fools will be easily tracked, because they are so blatant about their theft.

So do you think you are not violating any term of service doing this and they cannot sue you for it and ask you a shitton of money as compensation?

well they could sue you but they would also have to sue 40,000 other people at the same time. It just wouldnt be viable for them to do.

Yes, there does. It's like arresting a gay person in England and saying "It's illegal in your country"

Oh shit, boys.

Got a PBN? Sued!
Used MassPlanner? Sued!

Stop violating TOS you naughty boy.

Exchanges are closing accounts, not suing people. They never would, because most cryptos are pumps orchestrated by massive whales with 100,000,000s. But, good luck having a class action with an exchange that doesn't even ask for ID...
