I would say as long as you're buying dedicated proxies from a reputed seller, it shouldn't be a problem.

Well that's not true
tried many dedicated proxy and the blocks exist, Especially like blocks are almost impossible to fix. But with my home ip I found out it works! so that's why I am looking for ipv4 proxies better residential

Yeah I agree here. I don't think proxies are raising the issues. your home ip might work because it was the ip that has always been tagged to your account though.
No not true. Because the home ip has never been connected to this account because it always has been on a proxy

Also created facebook accounts along with some of the A-OK!

no worries, creating with the proxies through android VM
you will need PVA everynow and then...
quite normal though...

My issue right now is with managing new instagram accounts. For those accounts that I am running on bot from the start, everything is good. However, when I try to manage a new Instagram account with android API, the new account wouldn't login on proxy and returns the verification loop. Tried loads of solutions to simulate a human-like, local request of the security code etc...
