How does social signals influence SEO ranking?

This is my first post here since I started to lurk around way back in spring/summer 2017. Let me start this post to just say hello to you all

Back to topic; Social signals, is this something that will influence google ranking in any way?

I have a limited budget, around €300/month for my project and I want to know if it's worth to invest in any of the services that offer social signals if I want to increase my google rankings?

I think yes.
I am subscribed on Google Alerts for a certain keywords, and most of the alerts come from Instagram and Twitter.

Does it comes from follows, shares or likes or is it a combination of it all? What is most powerful/important in your opinion?

And as a follow-up question, do you see a change in your rankings and how long does it last if that is the case?

they don't, directly, however i strongly believe nowadays it looks very unnatural for any website to have many links and non of them from social platforms.

We have two social accounts where we are quite active on. And of course, we're promoting and linking back to your site when possible. Is it important that the social links come from multiple users or is it enough that it comes from our accounts?

Nopes. There is not a SINGLE conclusive evident that SOCIAL SIGNALS can help improve rankings.

On the other hand, other factors like SERP CTR does improve rankings.

It's better to avoid buying social signals to improve the ranking. It looks like unnatural if it exceeds its limit. It's good to use your money with diversified links to improve the trust of the site that you holds.
Actually social signals will help to gain traffic and get more followers for your blog/website, but don't spend money for those signals. Create your own follower base to share useful contents by yourself. Instead of buying social signals, it is good to buy the links.
