Has anyone bought any special proxies, which does not use for instagram?

Not sure what you mean. Do you mean proxies that the proxy provider does not allow you for use on Instagram? So you can use the proxies for e.g. Twitter, but not for Instagram?

So you want someone who has bought a dedicated proxy and only uses it on Facebook or Twitter for example? And you want to share that proxy with him so you can use it for Instagram? Hope I understand it now

Well, yes, a lot of people have bought shared proxies which at times don't work for Instagram and can get you suspended if they have been previously used by someone for spamming on Instagram.

And since Instagram have been getting a lot more stricter day by day, it is always suggested to buy dedicated proxies and you can use upto 4-5 accounts per proxy which shouldn't be an issue if you stay under the radar.

If you get stuck in the verification loop and change the proxies with dedicated one will the problem be fixed? Almost all my new accounts which i bought from valar got stuck immediately in gmt2

I am trying to get around that right now as well. Based on my experiences, changing proxy wouldn't help. I am still trying to figure out why as well. Send me a pm if you want to discuss in depth
