I don't use disclaimers I am amzn.to via bitly.That applies to websites.When you are promoting via youtube make sure you add youtube.com as your list of websites.

There are smart links which are geotargeted. They detect where the visitor comes from and present him the best amazon. Each amazon is independant. Meaning that you have to create an account for each country's amazon associate.

Proof is that method makes money,I didn't invest money in it so I lost nothing.Its much better than 98% of people that make $0 online.

But I'm quite worried about youtube rules and like what OP said they deleted all his videos out of nothing!
Also what about Amazon rules too, I read that it is against their TOS
