What is best News Theme to start with?

Hello guys,

Decided to start working on my page blogging news, but struggling choosing theme to start with.
Can you please recommend me some good? I saw here guys sharing themes like Sahifa, themeforest themes, but only Sahifa worked for my wordpress so far, probably versions were already outdated.
I would be very grateful for giving me good recommendation for Magazine, News theme to start with.
I want put full work time in project and good theme could save so much time, I dont have budget but in future I surely will invest.
If you kindly share some theme with me I can give you some likes here.

Yes bro I see, i tried download it from 3 or 4 different links here on forum. Every single were loading about 5 minutes but always ended up 'try again later' is this any way I can get latest version or only way is buy? Because I saw people sharing it last months alot, but these versions aint working for me no idea why.. maybe outdated?

If you can afford it, buy it. The Newspaper theme is awesome and the developers really deserve that money for all the constant updates they provide.

Developing these themes takes a lot effort and time, do support the developer. Also, if you're using pirated themes and plugins on your public site you are deadly sentencing it.

Yes I get what you mean man, they absolutely deserve support for awesome work like this, If I have budget I would be already sharing it with them, havent seen better News theme ever. I no need this high level Theme for start as I dont have much budget for it, but I want kick it hard now with some atleast little cool theme, do you think I can find some here? Because it seems most of them shared here are outdated version only, not many regularly updated Theme topics
