Anyway the scripts are simple and widely available.

There's a free script called "Shrinky" that you can use for this. Look it up, the download link is on sourceforge.

There’s a few open source Laravel link shortness on github, just integrate Spark and modify as needed.

There has obviously been a surge in bitcoin related link shortening services out there. You could consider larger affiliate payouts in order to grow your reach more quickly. You could also consider offering payout in several cryptocurrencies, as well as fiat money in a number of different currencies. You never know until you try. If you could find a niche in the market like that some place you could find a small goldmine hidden in plain site. You could even take the time to do some research on here and ask people what benefits they would want that would make them change to a service provider if they gave those benefits.
