Theme or plugin to create online database of bad clients?

Morning to all!

Did not know in which section this topic belonged, so apologies in advance if Blogging isn’t the right one.

I am a shopowner and I am tired of stupid unreliable clients not paying their bills on time. As my colleagues are telling me the same I am planning to set up an online database where shopowners/entrepreneurs can report their unreliable and bad clients (just to warn others). So I have an idea of a page where you can register and after you submit a form with the name of the client, phonenumber and reason why you don’t like him. I am not a programmer in any way, so are there any themes or plugins available where a scheme like this is already set up?

No your need a programmer to do this .

You can get a full system made or just get a extra column put in the database so you can input info that represents there a bad supplier or user .

Maybe get a full system and sell it as a product your not only one suffering.

Journalists do this quite often for publications that dont pay their freelancers, so I imagine you could do this too quite easily. Not sure if there is a specific app.

Also, couldnt you just send clients a bill reminder with a program like Freshbooks?

I did. But it's not only the clients that do not pay. There are clients who want freebies all the times, complain always (just typical rip offs), or who put your social media profiles full of criticism if you do not do want they want. It's a special branche we are in .
