Just laying down on my bed after doing 2 sets of 13 compressions + 40 mins on the full lotus (all after 1 hour of prayer). Twas a baby session I know but for some reason I felt like my lower dan tian was really, really activated for some reason.

Bro I was just lying there - eyes closed - but my fucking mind was WIDE open like I had been injected with a shot of adrenaline.

There was so much energy in my LDT ball it felt like a straight monster living inside me. Seriously. It would even turn a bit and I would feel like I'm being drawn inwards into a goddamn planet. So. Much. Energy. I've been meditating on my dan tians for years now but I'm finally starting to actually see what I've been up to.

So, the good news is that I don't need to practice any abilities at all because they seem to be coming out naturally - specifically precognition + remote viewing. During compressions (horse stance, etc...) I had a mental "flash" where I could see EVERYTHING around me with my eyes closed. Not just see them but see through them - curtains, walls, etc... So sick . I've heard of this ability before in "Opening the Dragon Gate: The Making of a Modern Taoist Wizard" but it's always fairly remarkable to experience it first hand. This was the first time I'd experienced it while standing up - not in deep meditation. Yay .

Yeah, it's hard to remember, that she's only 17 right there... She's played some really fucking racy roles when she was underage. One where she was rubbing this dudes foot... It was really fucking awkward to watch, because the video was titled "Jodie Foster at 15" or something like that...
