Misspelling in forum rules + quick question

Hey just leaving this here as there is no other place/way I see fit.

There is a misspelling in forum rules section 10, missing verb in 'you will be'.
Other than that I would like to ask if there is a way for me to contact a forum mod since I dont have PM privileges yet, and I think that a popular post broke some forum rules.

I never noticed that. It sounds like AAEV.
