Need a tool or software to tell me if an number is a mobile number or landline number . Prefer a free software and need something that can check and verify large lists .

Yeah I've seen that ..But can't do it manually I have large lists .

You need to find php or ruby coder. I am not familiar with this technology but these libraries do the job you described. It should be cheap, ask on Hire a Freelancer section.

Then go for paid tools. They also have that. Use Carrier Lookup service.
