I reached out to you yesterday on skype with a couple questions.

Here are the questions I had:

I am looking at starting with the Dedi 2 plan for $150 month that mails 50,000 emails per day. Please save me a spot for the promotion of no setup fee.

1. After I pay how long until I can start mailing?

2. Will I have some kind of dashboard similar to interspire or other mailing platform?

3. After you set it up will I have everything to start mailing? or do I have to do anything on top of that?

4. Any other steps or things I need to know?

Sorry i missed your message on skype somehow. The new update is crazy.

1. We will need about 24 hours to finish the setup however we commit to 48 hours. You can start mailing immediately however your initial mailing would be at a slower rate while you warm up the IPs and domain.
2. Yes we can give you mailwizz or interspire if you prefer that. Interspire should do great for the dedi2 as the hourly volume is relatively small.
3. You don't need to do anything on the server apart from importing your data and creating the campaign. You will need to do the warm up at increasing hourly rates for which I shall be giving you the schedule for.
4. Just the warmup, and I shall be giving you some tips on how to keep the spam words out of your message so they don't get caught by the filters.

My honest review (after 3 months of use of the service..)

The service is not worth the cost at all.

In my tests (extended over 3 months) I could verify that the delivery rate is around 3-5% !!!

Paranoid Android has assisted me over time, and at the end of the first month he had to admit that emails are not delivered to gmail because they are recognized as spam, regardless of the text (or subject) of the email itself.
The problem is in the sending system (he provided me Interspire).

Due to the non-delivery on gmail, Paranoid Android kindly offered me 1 month for free, which I accepted, and that gave me the chance to continue experimenting.

Over time it has become apparent that emails are not delivered to most email addresses (not just gmail..) as it is all too easy for mail clients to identify them as mailing lists, and therefore emails are blocked.
NOTE that (apart from a couple of tests during the month, in order to have a delivery statistic) the emails I sent were text only (NOT HTML !), without links, no images, and without requesting to receive a delivery report or opening report (as this would have clearly identified the email as part of a mailing list).

I have repeatedly tried to invite Paranoid Android to try himself to send a mailing from my panel, writing a message of his own, so that he could exclude that the problem were my texts, but he NEVER wanted to do it.

Finally, I showed him that by downloading the mail from my phone app (Mail Droid), an orange bar appeared, identifying the message as part of a Mailing List and inviting me to apply for Unsubscribe.
I repeat: this happens for text-only mail, without links or images, as you can see from the screeshot (with a little blur, for obvious reasons ..)
The text itself is SPAM FREE.


What I suppose is that the mails sent by Interspire somehow contain some footprint that easily identifies them as a mailing list, and because of this the delivery rate is very low.

Conclusion: do not buy the service.
Maybe you will be able to send thousands of emails in a day, but how many will reach the recipients? Very very very few.. (3-5%)

Use your money somewhere else.

Well, I offered you a refund or a free month's extension. You choose the extension, came up with a lot of theories of your own, wasted a good deal of my time making me work on finding the nonexistent 'footprints' you mentioned, and you come up with this review Thanks for that.

Like I have clearly mentioned in my terms, I cannot guarantee inboxing as there are several factors involved in it. I do not own gmail, nor do I advertise my service as being at-par with teh industry leaders like mail chimp and I make sure I tell my clients this before signing them up just like I had told you.

So yeah, thanks again.

I sent out your campaigns twice to your email and 3 times to my own emails, showed you the header and asked you to point out the 'footprint' you were talking about, which you couldn't, and just had to pass them off saying they were your assumptions.

I don't know how maildroid works. I tried it in Apple Mail and Aquamail on my phone and I didn't see this. I sent a mail to my gmail and it certainly didn't go under the promotions tab. So I think your claims are pointless and I wish I had forced the refund on you rather than offer you a free 5 weeks extension.

You continue to discuss here, like you do on Skype, but in the end the sad true is 3-5% delivery rate..
Too much low to call this "service"..

Great customer service and support from this guy, he's very helpful when it comes to mailing servers. I learnt a lot from him and will use it in my email marketing tactics. Great guy, great support.
