How can people sell Groot related stuff etc. on Shopify and not get Ceas and Disist letters for copyright infringement?

They do get it sooner or later but they do everything BH.

So they are hosting on servers from hosts who don't care about DMCA claims but being on Shopify, believe me they will get banned at one point.

Yeah that is just a gamble because it breaks their own TOS and they will put their job on the line so don't count on it.

tbh i also advertised a avenger product on facebook but it was not easy they fuxking disabled my accounts 2 times then i appealed and said that's a chraracter not a brand and they unlocked my account again and i advertised the product but product failed badly so i paused that campaign
And
also i advertised that groot flowerpot that OP is talking about but again i disabled the campaign because i ran that ad for two days & it was not profitable for me so i paused that campaign, this time they didn't blocked my acc because i advertise legit product. Well wana say It's not worth to take risk be in safe circle always when it comes to advertising

Friend of mine has a star wars shop, they disabled his Twitter, IG and FB ad accounts.

You failing with ads is most likely due to targetting and ad skills

i do targeting research for an hour using keyword planner and other things, well wna say the only thing matter is product, 95% product and 5% targeting and other stuffs even flex targeting works if your have a good product
