Signed up for one of the VPS Services yesterday and had ours up and running and working within 10 minutes. Had a technical query which was more of a result of our own stupidity than anything else and was sorted within 30 secs of the query being raised (seriously). I spoke to the OP via Skype with a query at what turned out was 1.00 am in his timezone and far from telling me "to clear off he'd speak in the morning in normal business hours" he replied straight away and was really helpful.

I have no commercial connection to the OP and this is purely genuine feedback based on great service. I had another query earlier today and this was also dealt with promptly.

My quick review after VPS running for one week. Server is good, but service is better. OP is a really kind guy and helpful. I've run into problems twice with the server, both problems was acctually caused accidently by myself. OP was really helpful when dealing with the problems. Thanks very much!
