Ask someone else to create an account for you, just give them your details , its much easier that way

Without knowing which of my details they have a problem with this would be a bit pointless.

now days clickbank not accepted new accounts from few certain countries. try to use US country details also if possible create account from US ip. hope that would be work

That's not a problem, just go to CB signup page and screenshot or write down all the required fields, write them down (not in CB signup page), and submit them to your friend and he will write all of what you would have written down except he will do it on the CB page.

it's standard practice for any contractor who earns over $600 per year in usa. it's an irs rule you can google "contractor $600 form 1099" for more info.

the official rule is $600 per year.
it's up to the site how they want to enforce it.
most networks refuse to send the first paycheck (no matter how small) until you give them your tax id info.
if you're not in usa, you likely don't need to worry about it as it may be different (or even non existant) for your country.

Ok thanks for the replies. I can only assume it was something to do with my email or phone number provided. I will try with another UK IP and try these different to see if I get accepted. Also possibly bank name so may put payoneer details in instead.
