Can i hold two adsense account?

Hello. I have lived in Germany and there i had a Adsense account, which i did not verified.
Now i moved to another country and want to open Adsense Account
But problem come. I can not remove my old Adsense account, before i verify it. But i cannot verify, i cannot get a pin code.
And i can also not to change Contry, adress yes but not Country

Can i open new adsense account in other country?

shouldn't be a problem, but you'll need a new google account, and as long as you don't link the same bank account thats all,
there loads of "john smiths" in every country, so how would they know its you again?

You can have two adnsense account for the same website/webpage by following the rules defined for the Google's add placement. But each account will have the different name that is registration email account will be different. The name of account is DIFFERENT PAYEE names.

If you want to be extra safe, you can close the first account as well.

If you can still use the original account then fine otherwise just close it and create a new one. But yes, so long as all details are different, you can have multiple adsense accounts.
